Projects
KBOO Radio in Portland was celebrating their 50th anniversary and wanted to engage with the Oregon Historical Society. I provided end-to-end services including product visioning and communication, project planning, content strategy, graphic design, fabrication coordination, and installation oversight, which culminated in a 6-month deployment of an exhibit chronicling the major events in the station’s history.
I was part of a diverse group of Portland design evangelists who came together in 2012 to launch a week-long celebration of design. For my part, I recruited and managed a team of designers to produce stage pieces and other iconic collateral for keynote events. In addition, I was instrumental in developing relationships between DWP and CHIFOO, IDSA, Pigsquad, Game Lab Oregon, Portland Fashion, and The Art Institute of Portland.
The Intel field sales force had recently adopted Imparta’s Creating Customer Value sales strategy for customer-centric selling. Senior management planned to use the yearly Intel Sales and Marketing Conference to deliver key training to populate this strategy among the field sales agents. As a subject matter expert in Games for Enterprise, I was brought in to create a collaborative, interactive experience which not only helped deliver business-critical content in a memorable way, but emphasize cultural attributes key to the success of higher level transformation currently in flight.
